Low frequency induction melting machine for the casting of any dental alloy. It has a last-generation generator enabling low fusion time, along with the possibility of checking the fusion in order to avoid the overheating of the alloy when both base and precious metal are employed.
Low electric power absorption (less than 2KW) allows its use even in small laboratories that do not have at their disposal high power supply. Metal casting in the crucible is obtained by centrifugation and the rotation movement is soft and without vibrations.
The arm is equipped by a counterweight with fixed position that allows a perfect balance, employing 4 cylinders degussa type (1X, 3X, 6X, 9X). In any case, it is possible the use of any cylinder, even cylinders with free expansion.
The machine is equipped with an internal forced cooling closed-loop system and it has not to be connected to water supply. At the moment of installation it is necessary to fill up the water tank with distilled water (2,5 l).
