PERFORMANCE AND USE
The oven, as previously said, can memorize up to 20 pre-heating cycles (or programs) (15 normal programs with 6 phases + 5 fast programs with 1 phase) which are kept in the memory until the operator decides to modify them. Each program contains 6 phases and for each phase it is possible to set 3 variables: temperature, increase rate, holding time. It is also possible to set an Ignition delay and the fumes aspiration fan Off temperature (fume chimney). Furthermore it is possible to set a final temperature holding time at the end of the cycle: this is to keep the cylinders at a certain temperature and allow some time for the operator to be ready with the next workFire 750 S - chamber cm 16x16x10
