Excavator 32L is a spoon shape blade with diameter is 1.6 mm. The angle set at 60º to the center line of the handle and the terminal shank is 15 mm long. Sheroski excavators have extra-long terminal shanks to reach deep into the cavity preparation. All are made of high-carbon stainless steel, then hardened for the ultimate in sharp edge retention and durability. Excavators have unique, large diameter light weight handle for maximum comfort, reduced hand fatigue and increased control and used in the removal of carious dentin.
