Acorn burnisher 21 is a double-ended (2.7 mm – 1.7 mm) instrument that’s used to smooth, condense, polish and carve amalgam.Burnishers are used to ensure the amalgam restorations are smooth and free of irregularities and the working end of the burnisher is rounded in shape and also very smooth.Burnishers are in a wide selection of sizes and shapes.All are made of stainless steel.The tips are very hardened and hand-polished to achieve smooth, scratch-resistant surfaces that produce smooth and accurate restorations.Burnisher have unique, large diameter and light weight handle for max comfort, increased control and reduced hand fatigue.
